Universidad Central de Chile

Universidad Central de Chile (U.CENTRAL) is a tertiary institution that assumes academic training from a high commitment to the country, promoting the values of tolerance, pluralism and equity as well as respect and acceptance of diversity in several work areas.

U.CENTRAL’s main campus is  in Santiago with a satellite campus located in Coquimbo Region, which host 5 faculties from different studies areas. The University offers 32 undergraduate and technical degree courses, as well as several diplomas, master’s degrees and post-degrees, especially promoting research through study centers, research institutes and an internal research fund.

With a seal of quality endorsed by 36 years of excellence, more than fourteen thousand undergraduate and postgraduate students, and more than 20,000 graduates, U.CENTRAL ratifies its success as a unique case in the Chilean university system.

With a total of 81,981 square meters built, Universidad Central de Chile thas a high-quality infrastructure and cutting edge equipment. Some of the many facilities are the Cultural Extension Center, Sport Center and an space for cultural congregations.
