The UCN Atacama Immersion program offers a number of intensive courses in different topics. Course can range from 10 days to 6 weeks for all audiences, people with specific interests, with or without knowledge in the areas of study: Mining, Geology, Volcanism, Architecture , Astronomy, Literature, Marine Sciences, Mining Economy. In addition to learning, the student has the opportunity to travel and get to know these articles in the field along with wonderful tours in San Pedro de Atacama, Vicuña, La Serena and Coquimbo. An educational initiative focused on social equity, integration and exchange. Through important learning experiences and international cooperation, it seeks to contribute to the comprehensive training of people, academic participation and closer ties with the social and productive world.
